Before going to school in Savannah, I went to community college near my hometown. There, I majored in Screenwriting and got my hands on plenty of cameras and equipment, like the 16mm Bolex, which I used to film my first short film titled "Campfire".

Campfire was the first film I shot on 16mm using a Bolex camera. While I'm more critical of the project than anyone else, it was a pivotal experience that confirmed my passion for working with film. I’m drawn to the science, technique, and unique challenges it presents—and I plan to make film a central focus of my career.
